SYSTEM OVERVIEW

  
       
  All transaction types are colour coded, for example:  
       
   
 
       
  Entering transaction details couldn't be easier - just select the relevant options from the drop-down boxes, and any default values will be entered automatically:  
       
   
 
       
  Once you’ve entered each transaction, it becomes part of the current ‘batch’. You can review any current batch each time you log on.  
       
   
 
       
  At this stage, you can amend or delete any entry.  
  You can run current batches of different types of transaction at the same time.  
  Enter transactions in any convenient order – the system will sort them out!  
  To transfer all the current entries to the database and 'clear' the batch, just click-on the tick.  
       
 

The report writer sorts and summarises entries in the database:

- by transaction type (bank payments, sales invoices etc..)
- by main purpose (purchases, motor expenses etc..)

  
       
 

Reports are very versatile:

- select the dates to search between
- view them on-screen
- print out copies for your records or for your accountant
