Frequently Asked Questions

Click-On-Accounting takes the thinking out of book-keeping and makes it easy to keep your 'books' up to date. It produces clear and complete reports, that help to complete vat returns and make preparing annual accounts quicker and easier.

2. Will it save money?

Time is money - and it will certainly save time.

3. How do I know my data is secure?

To protect your personal information and data while it is being transferred between the server and your home computer, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Security, provided by Verisign, which encodes the information using certificates.

4. What happens if I forget my password?

Click the button on the login screen and we'll email your password to you. It's a totally automatic function, not involving an operator.

Yes. Just so long as he knows your full log-in details, he can access your data in exactly the same way as you can.

6. What are the system requirements?

A PC with internet connection, running IE4+ web browser, with a screen resolution of at least 800x600. Click-On-Accounting is currently not guaranteed to be compatible with Macintosh computers and Netscape/AOL browsers..
